Caitlin Thomas completed her Bachelors of Science degree in Biological Sciences with a Minor in Chemistry at Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida. She was an active member of Phi Eta Sigma Honor Society and Golden Key Honor Society, as well as a member of the Florida State University Cheerleading Squad. She completed her Masters of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies with honors while at Bethel University in Paris, Tennessee. Here she was able to hone her skills in medicine while learning more about the human body. She has had the opportunity to volunteer and get involved in missionary work through Bethel University. It was here that she found a great appreciation for the medical field and understood the importance of listening to her patients and being their best advocate for care. Caitlin strives to treat each of her patients as if they were her family members, and has excellent beside manners.
She holds currents memberships with American Acadamy of Physician Assistants. Her active certifications include: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
After graduating from Physician Assistant school, Caitlin was excited to move back to where she grew up in Florida, where it is always sunny and the weather is great. When not taking care of others, she loves to spend her time with family out on the water fishing, paddle boarding, and boating. When not outside, Caitlin can be found tending to her two pups, Coco and Marley.
