Lyndsey Hawkins completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Service Administration at St. Petersburg College. She graduated Cum Laude while working full time as an Ultrasound Technologist, which is where she discovered her love for the medical field.
Lyndsey then went on to earn her Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies at South University in Tampa.
She worked as an Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant for the first year of her career. During this time Lyndsey acquired both a strong and broad foundation in medicine while also learning the importance of listening to her patients in order to provide excellent care. She is excited to now focus entirely on orthopaedic care and the spine.
Lyndsey holds a current membership with the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Her active certifications include Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
When Lyndsey isn’t helping others, she stays very busy with her six-year-old daughter playing dolls, board games, hide & seek, and swimming. Lyndsey also enjoys outdoor activities with friends, watching movies, vacationing, and being a total foodie with her fiancé.
